Our Team

Maria Raphael Onyia (Ph.D) is an award-winning teacher trainer, and the Group Managing Director (GMD) of OrgLearning Consult (owner and administrator of Berkley Science Magnet School, Lagos; Juilliard Academy, Lagos and Drew-Phillips Academy, Enugu, Nigeria.

She holds a California Teaching Credential in General Education, a Specialist Credential in Special Education, a Master’s Degree in Education from National University, Costa Mesa and a Specialized Reading Credential from the State of California. Maria holds a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Administration and Teacher Leadership from Walden University as well as a Walden Scholar of Positive Social Change.

She is a founding member of the California Association of Nigerian Educators and the Vice-President of TOL Consult, USA. She is a member of the Association of School Administrators and consults for schools in Nigeria. She was recently named the 2017 Walden Scholar of Positive Social Change.
